Commercial Bakery Photography & Video for Great Harvest Bread

In June 2026, Amatucci Photography traveled to Montana to create commercial still photography and motion content for Great Harvest Bread Company. The assignment focused on what makes the brand feel tangible and believable: fresh yeast, flour-covered hands, dough stretched and weighed, loaves shaped one at a time, and the steady rhythm of a working bakery. By producing stills and video during the same shoot, we created a visually consistent campaign library for advertising, websites, social media and broader brand communications.

Breadmaking as a Visual Story

The strongest food advertising does more than show a finished product. It gives people a reason to care about how that product is made. For Great Harvest Bread, the story was already happening in front of us: real bakers working with real dough, repeating practiced movements that turn simple ingredients into handcrafted loaves.
